Is Networking and Computers going to honor our technical time block, service contract, or other currently fixed plan(s) that I may have now with Computer Connection? YES! Any current agreement you are under will be honored both in price and service level. We only want one thing - a completely satisfied customer.

What is happening to the staff of Computer Connection? – If you had a favorite technician that you worked with well, you can continue that relationship. We are on board with Networking and Computers for the long haul. We want to build a better business by combining our technical capabilities.

In the past, I could either call for an On-Site Technical call or I could just drop it off for repair - Is this the same? YES! You can call us and we will send a technician On-Site or you can bring it to us. As a matter of fact, call us when you get here and we’ll carry it in for you!
